Congratulations! You are one step closer to feeling so much better. We look forward to walking this wellness path with you over the next three months. Before we begin, we encourage you to:
1. Celebrate your decision to do inner work. Dancing strongly encouraged.
2. Dedicate a notebook entirely to your TGH work.
3. Keep your eyes peeled for a great spot in your home or office that can be your new TGH session spot. Tip: Find a place with good lighting, that feels private, and has great wifi!
