WHAT IS HOLISTIC WELLNESS COACHING?

Holistic Coaching: A method of coaching that takes the whole person (mental, social, and emotional characteristics) into account, and guides him/her towards their goal. 

Coaching: A method of employing accountability and encouragement to others. 

Coach: One who guides others towards a healthier lifestyle based on his/her individual needs. 


THE HOW

How do we help you?

Through your one-on-one coaching sessions, you will be given the chance to fully express anything and healthily work out issues that have been holding you back from peace. Through grace, humor, and presence, you and your coach will systematically unwind any habitual stressors that hold you back from living a joyful life. Together, you will build a productive, tangible road to peace.

What is a session like?

It depends on the person. Some sessions are non stop talking, some involve meditation and visualizations, some involve a hefty amount of crying and a lot of laughter. Whatever is needed for you - will unfold.

SESSION DETAILS

All sessions are 60 minutes in length and take place on zoom.

You are responsible for booking all sessions through Calendly.

WHAT HAPPENS IN BETWEEN SESSIONS?

Your coach will assign tailor made exercises for you to complete in-between sessions. The amount of work you put in is entirely up to you.
